Playing in the leaves in our backyard!
Daddy and His Girls on His 34th Birthday
Ellie is working through a 1st grade workbook this year and learning to read. We went for her 5 year check-up today and the doctor said to be ready for Kindergarten here counting to 10 and knowing your letters is the expectation, so she will be well prepared!
Quinny wants to be the Tangled Princess when she grows up! This is her first year in Mommy School and she is working on knowing her letters, shapes, colors and numbers. We are also going to work on writing her name! Our school time got a late start due to our transition, but we are in the groove now!
Making some hot chocolate to enjoy on these colder days!
Ellie started Awanna and is a Cubbie this year! We started a few weeks late so we are playing catch up, but she learned 3 verses for this week and earned her badge and first patch! We are so proud of her! Quinn and Mia also go to the nursery at this time on Wednesday nights as Ben makes rounds at church that night and I am volunteering with K-2 listening to them recite their verses. I am excited to get involved with the ages I taught and happy to help where there is a need!
Halloween Food! We had our Mummy dogs on the 30th since we went to a friends' house for dinner and trick or treating on the 31st.
Halloween Pizza for lunch!
Our Mermaid (She is a little obsessed with Little Mermaid right now!)
Princess Sofia (She woke up at 5 in the morning on Halloween with a stomach virus, but got well enough to trick or treat that night!)
Our Little Bear (Halloween here was in the 30s-40s, so our costumes had to be changed. I was hoping to coordinate their costumes, but Ben told me to go with function and this is Mia's snow suit, which is a bear, so a bear it was for her.)
Best 2 pictures I could get of all of them and Mia was not into it!
And just so she is not forgotten, here is our littlest one mastering her tummy time!

So proud of Miss Ellie and her accomplishments in Awanna! You go girl! Quinny looks like she is getting so big so fast. I think she has had the most growth spurt lately. Looks like they had a nice yard to play in the leaves. Love the mummy dog - yumm!
Em, I'm glad you are working with the young kiddos. You have always been such a great teacher for all the kids you had in school. You are a teacher that makes a positive impression on kids and one they remember for the rest of their lives. So proud of you.
Miss Mia is adorable and looks so cute in her bear suit! Keep her warm!
Now we have two great men to celebrate on the 23rd of October - Ben and Cooper! Love them both very much!
