Ellie turned 6 months old on May 11th. The time is flying by. She can roll over from her back to her tummy and loves doing it. She is practicing sitting up on her own. She loves to go outside, play with toys, cuddle with mommy and she loves her daddy. When daddy comes in a room she is all smiles. She is eating all types of food and loves smiling. We went to the doctor for her 6 month appointment. She did a great job and was all smiles until the shots (or as we call them in our house bing-bings) came out. She screamed less during them, but whimpered for a while after, but took a nap and was her happy self. Here are her stats:
Height: 26 inches (75th percentile)
Weight: 12 lbs. 1 oz. (5th percentile)
The doctor thinks she had a growth spurt right before we came for height, but we have to start eating more snacks. Ellie is a great eater and eats all the time, but we are now going to eat a little more. She is very healthy and growing great! Here are a few pictures from her photo shoot.
